CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We, at Swan Creek Veterinary Clinic understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when you do not call-in advance to cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you realize you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call the office at (410)939-9500 to let us know. Unfortunately, if you do not do this, it counts as a “no show”

If you no show or cancel an appointment without 24 hour notice more than two times, you may be required to pay a deposit (office visit fee) when scheduling your next appointment.

This deposit will be applied to the total costs of your next appointment.

If a client no shows without cancelling a scheduled appointment – will be required to pay a non-refundable $25 no show fee and prepay the

$69 exam fee to schedule another appointment which will be put towards that visit.
