Dr. Jenifer O'Connor, a native of northern New Jersey, is a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Rutgers University in 2002. She practiced in New Jersey for 8 years before moving to Harford County.  Dr. O'Connor spends her free time with her husband, two children, and dog.  She also enjoys reading, drinking coffee, and cooking.
